TERMS & CONDITIONS

This general Terms and Conditions shall be part of the agreement between 7t1 Communication and the subscriber.

1. Subscriber has to provide necessary documents and information to establish subscriber’s identification, legal status and business capacity. 7t1 Communication shall have the right to examine the same. 7t1 Communication shall have the right to temporarily disconnect, suspend or terminate the services for giving any false information by the subscriber in any document or otherwise including on the subscription form. If there is any change in the information given earlier, subscriber shall notify 7t1 Communication of such change, failure of which shall entitle 7t1 Communication to suspend or terminate the services at its sole discretion.

2. Subscriber will not share his/her connection with anybody’s PC or use more computers than mentioned. Otherwise, 7t1 Communication can discontinue the line.

3. 7t1 Communication may install HUB/Switch/ONU or another device any time and the Subscriber is obligated to provide space and power outlet for that purpose.


4. Due to an electric short circuit to thunder if any damage occurs 7t1 Communication are not responsible for it.

5. The one-time installation charge (OTC) is not refundable.


6. The monthly bill or line rent has to be paid to 7t1 Communication on a prepaid basis.


7. If the bill is not paid on a prepaid basis of the respective month to the 7t1 Communication office, the line will be blocked without any prior notice. It may take up to 24 (Twenty four) hours to un-block the line, once it is blocked.


8. 7t1 Communication may charge or modify this agreement of prices and may discontinue or revise all other aspects of the internet service at its own discretion and with prior notice.


9. The subscriber would not able to change his/her location for the first time free of cost within our coverage. After that, if the Subscriber wishes to change his/her location, 7t1 Communication will charge Tk. 1000 ( One thousand) as service charge.


10. The subscriber will be able to unblock his/her unpaid subscription within 3 (Three) months by paying the last billed amount in full (No concessions possible) with the current month’s bill in advance.


11. Subscriber can stop his/her internet service by completing a short formality with 7t1 Communication one month earlier.


12. After unsubscribing our connectivity 7t1 Communication with take-back cables and other devices which we have been providing to establish a connection.


13. 7t1 Communication has the exclusive right and jurisdiction of the title and ownership of the connection and equipment provided by 7t1 Communication.


14. The subscriber shall not use the connection for any illegal purpose.
